I'm sorry to hear this sad news. Dennis and I were close friends in the two year after graduation but lost touch with each other after I moved away. We had some great times together.
I'm so sad to hear this news about Dennis! Although I hadn't been in touch with him since high school, I have some great memories of the gigs that I did with Dennis during our "Happy Underwear" years, including a few that would have given Jim Morrison a run for his money. He was a fun loving guy, and I'm very sorry for this huge loss to his family.
I attended the memorial service for Dennis this morning. Like many of you, I also lost contact with Dennis after graduation, but during our high school years, we were very close. After reading the obituary, I was flooded with memories of all of the great times we had together. Playing guitar (or at least trying to), in Happy Underwear with Dennis, Chuck Eller, John Chynoweth and Dave Miller remains one of my fondest memories. We had a blast. Dennis, I hope you found peace and great happiness in your much too short lifetime.

Wow, just yesterday I was talking to someone about high school dances and the local group including Dennis.
So many fond memories, I miss so many people from those interesting days, they've had more of an impact on me than they will ever know.
Rest in peace Dennis.
Health and happiness to all, Brad Onasch
